The Dorset Nook is a romantic old seaside cottage, hidden away down a little coastal footpath just minutes from Eype beach. With the most glorious walks right from the garden gate it’s the perfect place to reset and unwind, whatever the season.
Sleeping one or two adults, this beautiful eighteenth-century cottage is one of the oldest in the village. Oak beams, exposed stone walls and pretty window seats provide the perfect backdrop for beautiful fabrics, original art and carefully chosen vintage furniture. Character meets absolute comfort.

“So quiet. So dark. We had the best night’s sleep we’d had in years.”

The village of Eype is a rare coastal gem with the most spectacular, unspoilt beach. There’s a pub for a quick pint within rolling distance of the cottage and the lovely market town of Bridport is just over a mile away.
The cottage is set down a countryside footpath away from the village road with the private parking around the corner. There’s no step-free access and due to the quiet location it’s not suitable for babies, children or pets.
“We enjoyed our stay here so much, we are already planning a second trip.”
